Dr. Iwaya (Founder of BMI) is the executive director of BMI. She is also an experienced counsellor and has intensive experience in hypnotherapy and counselling. In addition to providing individual counselling as a private practice counsellor, Miss Iwaya is specialized in treating all kinds of anxiety disorder, such as panic attack, phobia, general anxiety disorder, obsessive and compulsive disorder, social phobia, health anxiety / hypochondria, adjustment disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, etc. Iwaya is working closely with Arts in Psychotherapy for Japanese in community.

Dr. Lee is the founder of Arts in Psychotherapy and clinical psychological professional in private practice. She is qualified and specialized in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Arts Therapies, Couple and Family Therapy, Mindfulness Psychoanalytic Therapies, Child and Adolescent Therapies with special needs. Dr Lee is also specialized in handling the issues of personal growth and marital relationship, and the treatment of depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, paraphilic disorders, somatic symptoms and related disorders, dissociative disorders, and personality disorders.

Dr Lee’s clinical duties include administering pre-treatment psychological assessments, couples and families therapy, psychological consultation, arts psychotherapy services for children, teenagers, young adults and senior citizens; and conducting specialist trainings, seminars, workshops, and clinical research. Dr. Lee received clinical training in UK, Australia, USA, Malaysia, HK and is as well experienced with supporting the emotional, cognitive and psychosocial development of toddlers and pre=schoolers, and working with their families for mutual treatment goals.
